Q.When I bought a 12x12 polished marble tile sample home, I noticed that glass beads, fine metal cleaning pads will leave scratches on that piece of polished marble --- if that is a typical case, I would be concerned about install that in my bathroom-- be it on wall or as countertop. Could you please advise if the honed marble will be more scratch resistant?? Thank you!
Hello-Its not that honed is more scratch resistant just that you wont see the scratches on a matte or flat finish.
Polished stone will show everything.
